M11S - Meteorain
After having dealt with the Orbital Omen, the Tyrant will start its first real major mechanic of this phase with the cast of Meteorain. Have the healers immediately preposition under the boss, while everyone else stays outside the boss.
Meteorain
When the boss finishes casting Meteorain, the two players that are closest to the boss will be targeted with a prey marker. After some time passes, a rock will dropped onto where the player was standing, inflicting a physical vulnerability in the process and preventing the player from dropping another rock without them dying.
The rock drop is considered an AoE, so anyone else caught up in it will also get a vulnerability. If the falling rock ends up hitting another rock instead, then the rocks will both explode, wiping the party on the spot.
The rock has two functionalities: First, it can function as an one-time use body against a wild charge attack like Fearsome Fireball, which the boss will happily keep spamming on your party throughout this phase. Second, it will also function as a barrier against the Triple Tyrannhilation, which will protect your party as long as you're hiding behind the rocks.

Building the line of three meteor rocks
Your goal in this phase is simple: Your party needs to build three rocks in a line formation, one rock per Tyrannhilation, to prevent the Triple Tyrannhilation from wiping your party on the spot.
The boss, on the other hand, will try to do everything to stop you, which involves tankbustering your rock placements and throwing Fearsome Fireballs at you. If the boss succeeds in tankbustering a rock, then that will also cause a wipe to your party.

The rock droppers will be done in the following order: Healer > Ranged > Melee. The MT group is responsible for placing the three rocks in a line at southwest to stop the Triple Tyrannhilation, while the ST group are responsible for dropping the rocks at the east side which will be used to deal with the Fearsome Fireball wild charges. There are no tankbusters or rocks available on the first set, so for the first Fearsome Fireball, both tanks should be at the front of the stack party in order to soak the wild charge.
The tankbusters, which arrives on the 2nd set onwards, will always target the two closest rocks from the boss. So keeping this in mind, you can split the responsibility by having the MT guard the rocks dropped at the east side, while the ST can guard the rocks at southwest. The tether will not reattach itself to a rock and the tankbuster is not an AoE, so feel free to uptime once you've safeguarded the tether.
